Each customer must contact us prior to any return. Returns and/or exchanges of merchandise must take place within 14 days of receipt of product. All products to be returned must be in unused original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. The product's original factory seal must be intact.
All refunds will require a return authorization number (RMA) issued by TheAirMovers and the item must be shipped back with a tracking number for inspection and processing prior to refund. If an item is shipped back to us without a tracking number and is not received there will be no way to verify if the item was ever shipped to us. To obtain RMA number, download the form here, fill it and email it back to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that refunds take up to 10 days to post to your account and may not be visible until your next month's billing statement. Merchandise that is not defective may be returned for a refund in the amount of the item's purchase price minus the shipping cost and a restocking fee of 12% of the purchase price of the item.
If the order qualified for free shipping we will withhold and not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred by TheAirMovers. TheAirMovers reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in acceptable condition.
Defective products are eligible for exchange only; please contact us if there is a problem with your order WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY OF GOOD'S RCIEPT, otherwise you will be liable for return shipping charges.
